DC Motor Driver

We start the day by our professor shocking us with the news that we need to buy components that will be needed to our next activity

Goodbye my emergency bill...
First our professor ask us to watch a video which we will do ourselves.

How to make your homemade PCB using Presensitized Board

Next he gave us the circuit.

DC Motor Driver

the total cost we spent is around 800 pesos.
it is because we used several presensitized pcb which cost 230 pesos? or 200?

We made a mistake for 8 times till we get the circuit we want on the pcb.

We used oil (cooking oil) to the paper where the circuit is printed and taped it at the presensitized pcb. This kind of pcb is sensitive to light. You should work on a dark place to avoid exposure. After you taped the paper undergo it to a bright light 100 watts if possible.

For our case we use a regular desk lamp and waited 30 minutes for the circuit to be printed.

The great disaster is when to put developer (included in the pcb) too much will cause the print to dissolve too little and you get an uneven print. Again I prefer doing the flat iron and photopaper thingy.

I did not save any pictures of the result of the presentisized pcb SORRY...

I always forgot to take pictures of our work.

So in the end after the drilling and the soldering we put it on a case
Our pcb is 3 by 5 inches, so we need a 4 by 6 case? which cost 150 pesos.

well after 3 days of working for it in the end it is worth it.

THANK YOU

HASTA LA PROXIMA VES!!
